Labuan IBFC’s 25th Anniversary ASEAN Roadshow 2015 showcases Labuan IBFC’s strategic position in linking and facilitating trade and investment in one of the most economically vibrant regions in the world. Having kicked off in Kuala Lumpur on 27 May 2015, the event also took place across major cities in the region, including Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore and Hong Kong.
At the Hong Kong chapter of the roadshow on 20 October 2015, David Chong, President of Portcullis Group, highlighted the benefits of utilising Labuan IBFC as a key intermediation point in all outward and inward bound business and investments.

David served as the Founding President of Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) Singapore Branch and was the Founding President of the Singapore Fund Administrators Association (SFAA). He is the President of the Singapore Trustees Association (STA).
