Jennifer Chang is Senior Executive Director (Financial Services) at PricewaterhouseCoopers Taxation Services Sdn Bhd. She has extensive tax experience in Malaysia and Australia. Her experience in Malaysia includes advising clients on tax matters relating to income tax, real property gains tax, stamp duty, service tax, applicable tax incentives and double tax treaties. In Australia, her experience includes the audit, accounting, corporate secretarial, regulatory and tax work on a range of clients and entities, including financial services entities, retirement funds, business trusts, pharmacists, construction companies, hotels, trading companies and etc.
She has also been extensively involved in numerous financial services and property clients and assignments, as well as structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and structural implementation.

Jennifer advises extensively on tax-efficient structuring and assistance in setting up offshore vehicles, including offshore investment holding companies and venture capital funds, and has conducted studies on offshore centres such as the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Bermuda, Labuan and etc. 

She also involves herself in advising on new business projects, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, demutualisation of the KLSE, group holding structures, inbound investments into Malaysia, outbound investments and projects in foreign jurisdictions, including structuring such projects and investments in a tax-efficient way. Jennifer often assists clients on submissions to different authorities, such as the Ministry of Finance on various incentives to the financial services industry including unit trusts, fund management, bond markets, Labuan, securitisation and Islamic financing.
