Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) would like to caution the public on the activities of ASEAN UNION (Labuan) FOUNDATION (AUF), (Registration No. LAF00095), a foundation registered under the Labuan Foundation Act 2010.

Labuan FSA has received various complaints and queries from the public against AUF for collecting money/funds from the public for investment purposes. Please be advised that the foundation is established under the Labuan Foundation Act 2010 for wealth management purposes and AUF is NOT licensed under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 to collect deposits/monies from any person(s) for any purpose.
