NOTICE is hereby given that the trust clients of the above named Company under Court Liquidation are required to take possession of their books and records on or before 22 March 2016, failing which, the books and records will be surrendered to Labuan Financial Services Authority, and the Liquidators shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, claims or expenses whatsoever in relation to the books and records surrendered.

The Liquidators reserve the right to request for written evidence or authority to prove beneficial ownership or entitlement before handling over the books and records claimed to be belonging to the trust clients of the above named Company.
