Notice on the Official Liquidation of Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Labuan Branch
NOTIFICATION
Labuan Financial Services Authority wishes to inform that the Head Office of Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Labuan Branch (“PAG Labuan”) was placed under official liquidation in Cayman Islands on 19 April 2021.
Further, Messrs Jeffery Stower and Jason Robinson of KPMG Cayman Islands have been appointed as the Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”) by the Grant Court of Cayman Islands since 19 April 2021.
In this regard, PAG Labuan has also ceased to carry on business as a Labuan insurer in Labuan IBFC. All creditors of PAG Labuan are advised to communicate and liaise with the JOLs, to submit their proof of debts and periodically check for updates from the dedicated page established by the JOLs on the following KPMG’s website:
