Labuan Financial Services Authority wishes to inform that City Credit Capital (Labuan) Ltd (“CCCL”), a Labuan money broker had been placed under liquidation by way of creditors’ voluntary winding up and Datuk Tee Guan Pian of UHY Advisory (KL) Sdn Bhd (UHY) was appointed as the liquidator in the creditors meeting held on 23 June 2023.
