To all Policyholders/Creditors of Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Labuan Branch (PAG Labuan)
Kindly be informed that the Restructuring Business Division of KPMG Cayman had been acquired by Teneo, a global advisory firm, effective from 5 January 2022. While the acquisition had resulted in the Joint Official Liquidators (JOLs) and the team are now part of Teneo, they will continue to administer the liquidation of Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd.
In this regard, Labuan FSA would like to remind all policy holders/creditors of PAG Labuan to frequently check the new dedicated page established by the JOLs on Teneo’s website for updates from time to time via the following link:

As the number of Labuan policyholders/creditors who had engaged with the JOLs remains low (i.e less than 40%) Labuan FSA would like to urge the remaining policyholders/creditors of PAG Labuan to act accordingly and liaise with the JOLs for the submission of the proof of debts on immediate basis.
