Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) advises members of the public to be careful when participating in investment schemes including internet investment schemes with individuals or entities, in particular schemes that promise unrealistically high returns. Prior to investing, members of the public should conduct proper due diligence including the necessary checks with the relevant authorities if there are any doubts regarding any schemes offered.

Some of the schemes may even claim having endorsement from regulators. In this regard, please note that Labuan FSA does not provide endorsements of promotional websites or materials of investment products and services.

Members of the public are cautioned to deal directly with financial institutions that are licensed by Labuan FSA in relation to investment activities conducted in, from or through Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).
