Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) advises the public to be very cautious when approached by individuals or companies offering and/or promoting any subscription of securities or investment in a Labuan entity, claiming that they are registered and licensed to offer such.

The public is advised not to make any deposit or investment or subscription with individuals or entities that are not regulated and licensed under Labuan laws. The public should conduct appropriate due diligence including necessary checks with Labuan FSA if they have concerns on Labuan entities.

Labuan FSA will not tolerate any non-compliance and will not hesitate to take stern actions against the Labuan entities for any breaches of the laws and regulations in the Labuan IBFC.
